Soon it will be time for many small businesses to renew their Kaiser Permanente contracts. For groups that renew on January 2018, your renewal information should arrive soon, if you don’t have it already.
In order for your employees to continue to receive high-quality, affordable coverage in 2018, you’ll need to return your Group Master Application by the 10th of the month prior to your renewal date.

Our 2018 portfolio includes ten Core network plans and six Access PPO plans, covering Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. Our small group plans focus on quality and value, with options to meet your employees’ needs.

- Plans are available as an HMO only.
- Employers with 10 to 50 employees have the option of offering the Core HMO and Access PPO together.

Renewal packets are on their way
Small group renewal information is timed to arrive 60 days before your company’s renewal date. To avoid a lapse in coverage, you’ll need to send in your Group Master Application to the producer of record or directly to Kaiser Permanente (for non-producer groups) by the 10th of the month prior to your renewal date.
