In the spring of 2015 Towers Watson, a leading business consultancy firm, published the following infographic detailing the top four employer health care trends. The quartet—managing costs, adding value, increasing employee engagement, and exploring new options—came from insights gained from TW’s 2015 Emerging Trends in Health Care survey.

How to Increase Employee Engagement

To help employers better achieve employee engagement, Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health) evaluated more than 100 online wellness engagement programs and selected the ones we feel will help employers best instruct, guide, and reward their employees for participation in healthy wellness activities.
