Kaiser Permanente administrative offices and most of our medical facilities will be closed on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 28), Christmas (Wednesday, December 25), and New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1).
Holiday care options:
- Call our Consulting Nurse Service at 1-800-297-6877. The consulting nurse will direct members to the most appropriate medical care and is available 24/7 at no additional cost.
- Visit a Kaiser Permanente urgent care location. The following locations are open on all holidays.
- Bellevue Medical Center
- Seattle – Capitol Hill Campus
- Tacoma Medical Center
- Spokane-area urgent care centers
- Use Care Chat on New Year’s Day. Care Chat secure online messaging lets members get real-time care from a Kaiser Permanente provider. It’s available 24/7 at no additional cost. Members must register for online services to use Care Chat.
- Go to an emergency room. In medical emergencies, members should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
