The Kaiser Permanente Lincoln Heights Medical Office in Spokane will close this April

On April 30, 2020, we will close the Kaiser Permanente Lincoln Heights Medical Office in Spokane and relocate providers and staff to 6 other medical centers nearby. These centers are newer and offer more services to our members. We’ll also stop offering massage services at Kaiser Permanente facilities in Spokane after this date, but massage remains a covered benefit for Kaiser Permanente members provided by our network of contracted massage therapists.

Patients will receive a letter next week informing them of this change, as well as answers to common questions they may have. Some of these questions include:

Can members change locations or providers? 

Yes, members can change to another location or open provider in their Kaiser Permanente network at any time. To review physician information and choose a new provider, members should visit the Provider Directory or call Member Services at 1-888-901-4636 (TTY 1-800-833-6388 or 711) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How can patients find a new massage provider?
