Todd Hesse has been promoted to vice president of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development for Kaiser Permanente Washington. He will step into his new role on January 25, overseeing sales and business development strategy and implementation for our region. He will also serve as a critical voice for our producers, employers, and members within our senior leadership team, contributing his experience and perspectives to help deliver creative and effective solutions as we grow our region’s membership in substantial ways.
Hesse joined Kaiser Permanente in 2006 and held sales and account management leadership roles in California before having the opportunity to join the Washington team in 2019 as director of strategic accounts. His leadership and accountability have expanded in the last year to include large group account management, strategic customer engagement, and Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job®.
