Jun. 15, 2023

With age, the brain’s ability to function can be affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. This is an issue that may impact your business in the future, especially if your employees are currently working or planning to work past the traditional retirement age of 65. The good news is there are simple steps your employees can take to improve their brain health and lower their risk of dementia:

  • Exercise regularly it’s been shown to increase the development of new brain cells.
  • Try new activities likelearning a skill, playing a game, or studying a language.
  • Eat brain-healthy foods with a focus on fresh, whole plant-based foods and a limit on refined sugar and processed foods.

You can get ahead of this potential problem and protect your employees and business by sharing our “Give your brain a boost” handout with them.
