There are new P.O. box addresses and fax numbers for any type of membership correspondence — including any communication about membership eligibility and payments. Kaiser Permanente Individual and Family (KPIF)/Commercial and Medicare Advantage membership correspondence should now be sent to our national document management center in San Diego.
This change is because Kaiser Permanente Washington is migrating to Kaiser Permanente’s standard national workflow management system. This allows us to take advantage of the system’s best-in-class workflow capabilities.
Please note these new addresses and fax numbers. If Kaiser Permanente Washington receives any documents at our previous P.O. boxes or fax numbers, we’ll forward them to the addresses and numbers below.
