Last month, Kaiser Permanente began using a new, more secure email system when sending PHI. When you access an email from this new system for the first time, you will need to create an account on the new secure email portal. We are unable to transfer your account credential information from the old system.
You’ll still be able to access secure emails and files you have received on the old system, in the same manner as before, until August 10, 2019. After this date, data sent through the old system will no longer be available.
