Online tools help members make the most of their health plan
A few months ago, we mailed members a letter encouraging them to sign up for Kaiser Permanente online services to get the most out of their health plan.
Our online services help make getting and managing health care easy and convenient. Members can:
- Choose a doctor
- Schedule appointments*
- Use Care Chat online messaging for real-time care from a Kaiser Permanente provider, 24/7, at no cost
- Refill most prescriptions via our mail-order pharmacy
- View and pay medical bills, and check payment history*
- See most lab and test results*
- Access their online medical records*
- Email their care team with nonurgent questions*
- Manage their care on the go with the Kaiser Permanente Washington mobile app
*Available when members receive care at Kaiser Permanente facilities. Members can sign up at kp.org/wa/signup. Please encourage your employees to take advantage of these convenient, time-saving resources.
